Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use PrepBoss, LLC.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created using your email and a third-party login. We do not store your password. If you forget your password, we cannot recover it for you—reset links are securely sent through your email provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Payments

All transactions are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI Level 1-compliant payment processor. Stripe uses SSL encryption and tokenization to protect your payment information during transmission and storage. PrepBoss, LLC does not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card details at any point.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you have completed less than 25% of the platform, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@theprepboss.com.

5. $25 Gift Card Reward

If you pass your official state exam with a score of 80% or higher, complete all PrepBoss learning modules, and pass all four PrepBoss final exams with a score of 80% or higher, you'll receive a $25 Amazon gift card (Pro users only; limit one per paid user). Your PrepBoss dashboard must show full completion and passing status. Proof must include your name, exam date, and passing result, and must be emailed to: rewards@theprepboss.com within 30 days of your exam date. Late submissions will not be accepted.

6. Intellectual Property

All PrepBoss, LLC content (questions, exams, flashcards, formats, explanations, study guides) is the exclusive property of PrepBoss, LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or reuse any materials without written permission.

7. Educational Use Only

PrepBoss, LLC is designed solely for educational purposes. We make no guarantee of exam passage or licensure.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Share or resell your account
• Use bots, automation, or scraping tools
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute PrepBoss content in any format

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to content theft, cheating, or abuse of services.

10. Limitation of Liability

PrepBoss, LLC is not liable for exam outcomes, lost income, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

12. Non-Affiliation

PrepBoss, LLC is not affiliated with DBPR, NASCLA, PSI, Pearson VUE, or any official licensing agency.

14. Dashboard Verification

Your PrepBoss dashboard tracks your study progress and exam results. To qualify for rewards, your account must show 100% completion of learning modules and passing scores on all four final exams. Tampering with progress data or bypassing system requirements may result in disqualification.

15. Privacy Commitment

PrepBoss does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

16. User Feedback License

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas you submit become the property of PrepBoss, LLC, without compensation or obligation.

17. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Planned outages or emergency maintenance may occur.

18. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or notice on the platform.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.
